Yes, we only use chemicals that have been tested and proven to be safe for domestic use.
Carpet drying time is affected by humidity, temperature and air flow to the area. It can take anywhere between 8-24 hours for the carpet to completely dry, depending on some variables. Using fans in any rooms cleaned and turning your air conditioning or heating system on, depending on the time of year, can help accelerate drying time. You can walk on your carpet immediately after cleaning, but avoid wearing street shoes, as they may re-soil your carpet. We suggest wearing clean rubber soled shoes. Be especially careful when walking from damp, carpeted areas on to non-carpeted areas to avoid slipping.
While we make every effort to leave the areas that we have cleaned stain-free we cannot guarantee that all stains will respond positively to our cleaning methods.
It takes approximately 20 minutes per room to clean carperts. This time may vary depending on the amount of furniture that has to be moved, how soiled the carpet is, and any necessary spot removal treatments.
That is not necessarily true. This problem arises when residues are left in the carpet which attract dirt. Usually this is instigated by the use of soap in the cleaning process that has not been rinsed out completely. Our special formulated solution and hot water extraction carpet cleaning process leaves little to no residue behind that will attract dirt.
Yes, we do. We have professionals that will carefully remove the furniture. After the cleaning is completed, we will put it back in its original place. We do suggest that you remove items off of your furniture such as electronics, plants, lamps and other small items/ decoration pieces. We will move most furniture that can be safely moved. However, there are several items we will not move, including pianos, electronics, china cabinets, beds, dressers with mirrors, pool tables, etc.
We recommend light vacuuming in the traffic areas but is not required. Also, our equipment is vacuuming the entire time we are cleaning.
We use hot water extraction method for carpet cleaning, commonly referred to as steam cleaning. Our hot water extraction method removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely and gently. Hot, soft water and a specially formulated cleaning solution are injected deep within the carpet fibers. Then, a powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution as well as moisture. This carpet cleaning method is the most recommended by carpet manufacturers.
